Enforcement of RallyPoint Community Standards

In order to ensure that RallyPoint remains a professional network for all service members and veterans of the United States Armed Forces we enforce a number of community standards. These protect members from solicitation, lewd content, vulgarity, etc).

If you are found in violation of our community standards policies your account can be locked for up to one week and you will be contacted in order to address the issue. A second violation of the community standards will result in your account being locked for a period of up to 6 months, at the discretion of RallyPoint staff. Repeated offenses may lead to permanent suspension. 

Solicitation: Promoting an organization or business, offering a job, or marketing goods and services to RallyPoint members using contact requests, messages, or discussions. This includes:

  • Sending pre-formatted, unpersonalized messages to multiple contacts to drive up business, promote personal materials, or recruit members for your organization. (If you are interesting in using RP to recruit please contact us at
  • Sending messages or starting a discussion about your direct selling home business (ie. Avon, Tupperware etc).​
  • Posting links to your business, service, or job posting in your own discussion or as a response to someone else's discussion.
Lewd Content and Vulgarity: RallyPoint has a zero tolerance policy for posting lewd content and vulgarity on RallyPoint or sending it to other RallyPoint members through messages. 

Personal Attacks: RallyPoint does not allow members to launch personal attacks on other members. This includes a pattern of retaliatory down voting, repeated harassment, slanderous statements, etc.

Inappropriate Images: Any profile pictures containing nudity or other inappropriate images will be replaced with a default silhouette and the user may be suspended at the discretion of RallyPoint staff. Inappropriate images posted in the Answers forum will be removed.
